WhereNext Travel, a Latin American luxury DMC network, is seeking a passionate Sales Analyst to support the sales and travel operations team in our Bogotá, Colombia office. Responsibilities Manage incoming requests, process documentation, and maintain client databases to deliver high quality services within deadlines. Prepare client quotes and proposals, negotiate and confirm details with suppliers, and respond promptly to client calls and emails. Address questions, requests, and complaints from both clients and suppliers, and monitor progress toward sales objectives. Qualifications Proven experience as a sales analyst or sales agent in tourism (4-5 years), especially in DMCs in Colombia. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Preparation of offers, calculations, and travel information for clients. Management of reservations and confirmations with suppliers. Client follow‑up and prospecting. Proficient use of the Office suite and tourism industry management software (Tourplan or Ezus). Cost calculation and profitability. Travel experience and knowledge of many destinations in Colombia. Ability to work under strict deadlines. Bilingual in English and Spanish (excellent verbal and written communication skills). Knowledge of German language is a plus.
