Desde Winning Consulting buscamos un/a Analista de Experiencia de Cliente (NPS & Analytics) para incorporarse en un proyecto relevante con un cliente del sector retail. Madrid - Hibrido (3/2) Diseñar, ejecutar y hacer seguimiento de la medición del NPS y otros indicadores de experiencia Analizar la información procedente de distintas fuentes de datos (bases de datos, CRM, herramientas de encuestas, canales digitales, tienda física). Construir, mantener y mejorar cuadros de mando en Power BI. Identificar insights, patrones y factores que explican la satisfacción o insatisfacción del cliente, proponiendo acciones concretas de mejora al negocio. Diseñar y lanzar experimentos (por ejemplo, pruebas A/B o pilotos en tiendas) para evaluar el impacto de iniciativas comerciales o de servicio en la experiencia del cliente. Mapear y analizar customer journeys clave, identificando puntos de dolor y oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia omnicanal. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de tienda y responsables de punto de venta para recoger feedback cualitativo, contrastar insights y aterrizar acciones en el terreno. Traducir los datos en relatos claros mediante técnicas de storytelling (data storytelling), conectando insights con ejemplos reales de cliente y casos de uso. Elaborar informes y presentaciones periódicas para los distintos stakeholders, traduciendo los datos en recomendaciones accionables. Requisitos Formación universitaria en ADE, Marketing, Economía, Estadística, Ingeniería o similar. Experiencia en roles de Customer Experience, Customer Insights, Data Analytics. Experiencia trabajando con NPS . Manejo de Power BI Excel a nivel avanzado, uso de base de datos (SQL) Experiencia previa en sector retail u otros entornos omnicanal. Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de la voz del cliente (plataformas de encuestas o feedback online). Haber participado en iniciativas de mejora continua o proyectos de transformación de la experiencia de cliente.
