Join us and build your ambition Accounts Payable Analyst Manage and verify the registration of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing and resolution. The goal is to guarantee the quality of accounting information, compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and agreed service levels, contributing to risk control and the company's operational continuity. Key Responsibilities Account for and manage the processing of invoices from national and international suppliers and special payment requests. Ensure the proper resolution and processing of invoices, with the correct application of taxes and compliance with ICMS rules and procedures. Prepare periodic reports and analyses related to invoice processing and resolution. Reconcile the process's accounting accounts. Ensure service quality through continuous, effective, and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders. Effectively close internal controls and both internal and external audits. Requirements Technologist, Professional, or university student from the eighth semester of Accounting, Finance, and/or Economics careers. At least one year of experience in Accounting areas related to the position.
