Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm CST Location: _ON SITE_ / 5 days per week ["CAMACOL - Cra 63 # 49ª-31, Edificio Camacol Barrio El Estadio. Piso 9"] Level of study required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field. - Experience may be preferred. - Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with computers, especially business solutions and bookkeeping software. - Strong planning and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze information and processes. - Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships. - Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation. Additional Preferred Qualifications - ERP system experience, NetSuite preferred - SaaS industry experience preferred Job description: We are looking for an organized Manager, Accounts Payable to provide strong leadership to our accounts payable and travel and expense reporting teams; ensuring good workflows and open communication across the teams. To succeed as an accounts payable manager, you must be focused on optimizing department processes and building lasting relationships with others within and outside of the business. You should be knowledgeable, analytical, and decisive with excellent leadership and communication skills. **Responsibilities**: - Oversee routine department activities to ensure they are completed accurately and timely. - Maintain accurate and complete financial, employee, and supplier records. - Review and approve supplier invoices prior to posting to ledger, process payments to suppliers, and training staff members around the same process. - Facilitate the processing of paying supplier invoices. - Compile, analyze, and report financial information to management and government agencies. - Set and facilitate the achievement of department objectives. - Develop, implement, improve, and enforce budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency. - Build and maintain relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders. - Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate accounts payable staff members. - Serve as the main point of contact for escalation of issues related to accounts payable and expense reports. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Experience**: - Management: 2 years (required)
