Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Department Ownership & Growth: Spearhead our TikTok services, shaping a competitive, ROI-driven service model and establishing it as a top-tier offering.
- Strategic Service Development: Design and refine services beyond affiliate management, optimizing costs and evolving offerings to stay ahead of TikTok’s rapid changes.
- Client & Lead Interaction: Confidently present services to potential clients, handle evaluation calls, and build lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Platform Expertise: Stay deeply informed on TikTok’s latest rules and trends to maintain innovative, compliant service delivery.
- Comprehensive Account Management: Oversee TikTok accounts, from creator management to TikTok Shop, driving growth, engagement, and positive reviews.
- Business Leadership: Build a proactive, results-oriented team, aligning department goals with broader company objectives.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Proven experience in TikTok account management, especially with affiliate programs and the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of successfully leading and growing a service.
- Strong client communication skills, comfortable with presentations, client meetings, and evaluation calls.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and stay ahead of TikTok’s platform updates.
- Team-oriented leadership, ready to foster proactive problem-solving and collaborative decision-making.
- Experience working with remote teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
