Are you a skilled bilingual (English–Spanish) legal assistant seeking a long-term opportunity with a U.S. law firm? We’re hiring experienced professionals who are ready to take on meaningful work and support legal teams with excellence. We’re looking for detail-oriented, motivated bilingual legal assistants who are passionate about helping clients and managing cases efficiently. If this is you, we’d love to connect. Please Note: This is an independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance. Responsibilities Evaluate new cases and prepare preliminary assessments Assist the attorney team in crafting and executing case strategies Maintain organized and accurate case files Communicate case updates to clients Serve as the bridge between clients and attorneys Coordinate with external professionals as needed Conduct legal research and draft documents Provide day-to-day support to the legal team Requirements Minimum 1 year as a Legal Assistant Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software What We Offer Bi-monthly pay (1st & 15th) 40 hours per week Long-term, remote work with growth opportunities Salary increase after 6 months Monthly internet subsidy Insurance subsidy after 6 months Monthly attendance and performance incentives Equal Opportunity Employer Scale Up Staffing is committed to diversity, equality, and fair hiring.
