Now we're looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will help us maintain sustainable growth while reducing CAC — by strengthening our performance marketing and influencer channels, and launching new acquisition streams such as SEO and Partnerships. What you will do Drive strategy and optimization for paid advertising channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube) Scale influencer marketing operations and creator partnerships systematically Launch and grow SEO and Partnership Marketing as new acquisition channels Establish advanced attribution models and performance measurement frameworks Optimize marketing spend allocation across channels using data-driven decision making Manage and develop specialists across User Acquisition, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Analytics, and Partnership Development Build operational excellence through systematic planning, execution tracking, and team retrospectives Collaborate with Head of Content Marketing on integrated campaigns and content-performance synergies Requirements Deep expertise in paid advertising across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) with a proven ROI optimization track record Experience launching and scaling new performance marketing channels — including SEO, Partnerships, and Influencer Marketing Strong analytical background with practical experience in multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and advanced performance measurement Team leadership experience — developing marketing specialists and driving measurable performance improvements Product-minded approach to marketing with a focus on user journey optimization and lifecycle metrics Experience working across international markets, ideally including LATAM Bonus points for: EdTech or online education marketing experience with understanding of long conversion cycles What we can offer you Opportunity to lead and shape the entire digital marketing strategy for one of LATAM's top EdTech companies High autonomy and ownership — full decision-making power over channel strategy, team structure, and budget allocation Fully remote collaboration Data-driven culture with transparent metrics, experimentation mindset, and quick feedback loops Room to launch new channels and creative growth experiments with measurable business impact Competitive compensation package Stock options available for outstanding candidates Mission-driven company changing thousands of people lives and careers every year #J-18808-Ljbffr
