In this role, you’ll support attorneys and paralegals by managing calendars, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and courts. Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Coordinating with attorneys and paralegals to support case management Assisting in preparing for hearings and legal proceedings Managing calendars and scheduling meetings and court dates Preparing forms and ensuring accurate e‑filing after client signatures Organizing, filing, and maintaining legal documents Serving as a backup receptionist and handling incoming and outgoing calls What We’re Looking For: At least one year of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer service or sales.
