Senior‑level Operations Management Executive – Logistics Colombia - Hybrid Distritech is expanding its logistics unit and we’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven leader to grow our logistics business (air, ocean, and ground). This role will drive revenue, negotiate competitive rates with logistics partners, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from proposal to execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the end‑to‑end logistics growth strategy. Negotiate rates with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, FTZ/bonded facilities, and transportation partners. Drive consultative sales of logistics services to existing Distritech customers and new prospects. Identify opportunities within our current portfolio to expand service penetration. Lead operational execution with support from the Logistics Operations Analyst, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality service. Build strong relationships with customers and providers, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Track business performance: sales, margins, customer satisfaction (NPS), ETA compliance, and repeat business. Requirements 5+ years in international logistics negotiations, freight operations, and B2B logistics sales. Strong experience with Incoterms, air/ocean/ground freight, FTZ & bonded warehouses. Ability to build pricing models, negotiate margins, and lead commercial proposals. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Background in International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar.
