At Solvo Global , we are looking for a Case Manager in Medellín, Colombia Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST Responsibilities Engaging daily with existing and potential clients, both in person and over the phone, to build trust and deliver exceptional service. Ordering and coordinating medical records from providers, ensuring timely communication throughout the course of treatment. Obtaining and organizing critical documentation to support injury and liability positions. Collaborating with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records, verify account balances, and negotiate settlements. Successfully negotiating reductions of outstanding medical balances with providers to maximize client outcomes. Partnering with attorneys and colleagues to manage case files from intake through closing, maintaining accuracy and organization at every stage. Preparing comprehensive demand packages and assembling supporting evidence for submission to carriers. Presenting case synopses to attorneys when required, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in case management for personal injury cases.
