Enviadme trabajos similares por correo electrónico En Cheil Colombia buscamos a nuestro próximo BI Head para liderar el equipo de Business Intelligence, asegurando la generación de insights estratégicos sobre el desempeño en punto de venta que impulsen una toma de decisiones ágil, precisa y alineada con los cambios del mercado. Liderar el equipo de BI, garantizando la calidad, integridad y disponibilidad de datos operativos. Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de BI alineada con objetivos comerciales. Identificar y priorizar necesidades de datos de áreas como Ventas, Marketing y Operaciones. Asegurar la entrega oportuna de reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales. Desarrollar y mantener la arquitectura, estándares y gobernanza de datos. Obtener y analizar información relevante del mercado y la competencia. Colaborar con Operaciones, FFM, D2C y e-commerce para identificar oportunidades. Integrar tecnologías para fortalecer plataformas de análisis. Administrar bases de datos y definir análisis pertinentes. Identificar mejoras de procesos y oportunidades de negocio. Lo que estamos buscando Profesionales en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, Mercadeo, Matemáticas o afines. Más de 10 años de experiencia en Insight Marketing o Business Intelligence. Conocimiento sólido en herramientas de BI: automatización de datos, creación de ETLs y visualización. Visión integral del negocio. Liderazgo y capacidad para coordinar equipos. Pensamiento analítico. Alta orientación al detalle. Resiliencia frente a entornos cambiantes.
