Ubicación : Panamá / Bogotá / CDMX (preferencia en ese orden) Modalidad : Híbrido 3x3 (salvo México 3x2) Área : Recursos Humanos – Cultura & DO Reporta a : Head Regional de Recursos Humanos Rol multipaís (7 países) Sobre el rol KrediYA está creando por primera vez su área de Cultura & Diseño Organizacional , y buscamos un(a) Specialist o Manager (según seniority) que diseñe, lidere y ejecute la estrategia cultural, estructural y organizacional que permita a KrediYA evolucionar de startup de alto crecimiento a organización regional consolidada, alineando cultura, liderazgo, procesos y estructura con la expansión acelerada del negocio en LATAM. Responsabilidades Cultura y Arquitectura Organizacional Definir la arquitectura cultural regional, incluyendo principios, rituales, comportamientos y estándares de liderazgo. Medir, diagnosticar y fortalecer la cultura en todos los países de operación. Diseño Organizacional Rediseñar estructuras, roles, niveles, jerarquías y modelos de accountability. Crear frameworks de capacidades, mapas de talento y estructuras de crecimiento profesional. Transformación y Cambio Acompañar procesos complejos de cambio: fusiones, expansiones, reestructuraciones, crecimiento acelerado y reorganización de equipos. Diseñar estrategias de adopción, comunicación y gestión del cambio. Engagement y Reconocimiento Implementar sistemas regionales de reconocimiento, engagement, clima y eNPS. Liderar iniciativas que fortalezcan pertenencia, liderazgo y productividad. Liderazgo Ejecutivo Influenciar al Comité Ejecutivo y líderes regionales, generando alineación cultural y organizacional. Asegurar consistencia en estándares y experiencias de liderazgo en los 8+ países. 10+ años en diseño organizacional, cultura, transformación empresarial u organizational effectiveness. Experiencia en organizaciones regionales o multinacionales; deseable fintech/tech. Formación en Psicología, Administración, RRHH, Ingeniería Industrial o afines; maestría o MBA deseable. Bilingüe español–inglés (obligatorio). Competencias clave: pensamiento sistémico, storytelling, liderazgo empático, consultoría interna, ejecución, métricas de cultura y DO.
