Human Capital Support (HR Generalist)

Ciudad: Medellín, Bogotá

Buscamos un Asistente de Capital Humano para facilitar y respaldar las operaciones del área de Recursos Humanos, asegurando un entorno laboral eficiente y colaborativo. Responsabilidades:
  • Brindar soporte administrativo en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal.
  • Coordinar actividades relacionadas con la capacitación y desarrollo del personal.
  • Mantener y actualizar registros de empleados, garantizando la confidencialidad.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de informes y presentaciones sobre la gestión de recursos humanos.
  • Asistir en la administración de beneficios y programas de bienestar.
  • Coordinar eventos y actividades internas para fomentar la cultura organizacional.
Habilidades y calificaciones:
  • Al menos un año de experiencia en administración de recursos humanos.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos (HRIS).
  • Conocimientos en procesos de reclutamiento y selección.
  • Familiaridad con la legislación laboral y normativas de recursos humanos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal.
Condiciones:
  • Inglés B2+/C1.
  • Días y horas de trabajo: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 AM a 5:00 PM (hora colombiana).

  • Profesional Junior.
  • Universitaria en Psicología o Administración de Empresas.
  • 1 año de experiencia.
  • Contrato Indefinido.
