Descripción del puesto In Bogotá, Colombia , we are seeking a Resource Manager with 5 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. Your mission will be to support the planning, coordination, and supervision of marketing project execution, considering established budgets and timelines, as well as creating project objectives and scope in collaboration with the client and the agency's internal teams. Responsabilidades Develop a detailed project plan including resource allocation, activity schedules, and project phases. Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams involved in the project to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines. Proactively manage project risks by identifying and addressing potential improvements during project execution. Monitor project progress to ensure agreed-upon objectives, deliverables, and budgets are met, while managing any deviations from the original plan. Facilitate meetings, delegate tasks, manage budgets, track performance indicators, and deliver reports to ensure optimal project execution. Conduct client meetings and provide status reports, integrating client feedback into the project workflow. Evaluate projects upon completion to identify areas for improvement. Receive and manage briefs to monitor and oversee their execution. Ensure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels. Cualificaciones Leadership skills, customer service, analysis, negotiation, planning, monitoring, experience with major advertisers, and proficiency in project management tools. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and CORE, relevant to their area of expertise. Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, among others. Familiarity with regulations and policies related to social media advertising, data privacy, and transparency in influencer collaborations.
