We’re seeking a talented Web Developer to join our dynamic Web Team. You’ll report to the Website Development Manager and work on building, deploying, and maintaining modern websites for a diverse clientele. This is a full-time contractor role ideal for developers in Mexico , Colombia , or Argentina . What You'll Do: Build and maintain websites using Webflow , WordPress , and Shopify . Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate visual implementation. Perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize site performance. Stay current with industry trends to propose innovative web solutions. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and deadlines. What You Bring Required: 3-5 years of professional experience in web development. Experience building sites in Webflow. Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards. Ability to interpret client requirements and estimate development timelines. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience building custom themes and plugins for WordPress. Knowledge of Shopify theme development and Liquid templating. Experience implementing SEO enhancements and web performance optimizations. Understanding of web security principles and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to mentor junior developers. Familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), including: REST APIs Version control systems like Git Integrations and Unit testing Data integration from various back-end services and databases Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely delivery of website projects. Adherence to project specifications and requirements. Client satisfaction ratings. Quality and efficiency of code produced.
