Commonstate is a growing marketing and design agency located in Hot Springs, AR. We are a fully-remote company that serves a variety of clients from coast to coast. Role Description As a PPC Contractor, you will maintain a small portfolio of our client accounts and ensure all routine tasks are completed in a timely manner. You’ll also be responsible for new campaign onboarding, working alongside the other team members. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Google Display Network, AdRoll, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels. Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to ensure maximum ROI. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for different campaigns. Regularly analyze keyword performance data and adjust strategy accordingly to improve ad relevance and targeting. Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure the success of campaigns in terms of lead generation, sales, or other predefined objectives. Analyze conversion data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes of performance challenges, and implement effective solutions. Requirements 2+ years of experience in PPC, SEM, Google Ads, etc. Marketing agency experience preferred Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Excellent internal communication within all departments Commitment 10 - 20 hours per week About Commonstate When we set out to start an agency we each had the same motivation - to build a better life for those around us.
