Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement regional marketing initiatives, such as content creation, events, webinars, and campaigns, to engage our audience and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and solution-oriented individual with a strong background in marketing B2B. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in the SaaS industry. Additionally, you should be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus points if you speak Portuguese

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Help discover, plan, and execute on new marketing opportunities in the LATAM market within our ICPs, in addition to the broader HR-tech space.
  • Define and develop branding, content, events, and webinars, campaigns in line with strategy for your market.
  • Map and search for data and information that contribute to generating insights for the local market.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales, partnership, and third-party suppliers like copywriters, animators, and videographers.
