Job Description

SD Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Marketing Project Management Lead to oversee various marketing projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects, developing comprehensive project briefs and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Actively manage all project phases, from intake to delivery, and ensure project workflows are well-organized.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and establish backup plans to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Monitor tasks and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Think ahead and continuously reach out to stakeholders, producers, partners, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance by confirming that projects meet marketing requirements and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Establish standardized project management practices to improve project efficiency and clarity.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly proactive status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting team output and accomplishments.
  • Manage production and team budgets, as well as organize and oversee social content productions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading creative projects in a marketing or advertising environment, ideally within an in-house context and for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive project briefs, workflows, and formal intake processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to articulate complex project processes and creative needs.
  • Experience in process improvement, with a track record of building and refining project management processes for better efficiency.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, such as Asana.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Experience measuring results and aligning them to marketing KPIs, with rigorous reporting on project health and team performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a pragmatic but flexible approach to managing creative projects.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy, with high standards for work quality.
