About this role: You'll maintain reservation standards for room, dining, and spa reservations, while preparing and distributing occupancy and revenue forecasts.
You'll also manage department labour to standard, through weekly and monthly reviews, and enforce established room and rate availability guidelines.
Your responsibilities:
- Operating and managing OTA reservations systems
- Working with the Sales Department on group bookings
- Handling and maintaining accurate records on pick-up, cancellations, no-shows, and sources of reservations
- Supporting ongoing training needs for your team
