We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Supervisor to join our team at Sofitel. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the reception team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This includes supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the reception staff, ensuring a warm welcome and farewell for all guests, and monitoring the check-in and check-out process to ensure smooth operations.
You will be working closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall guest experience. Your ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure will be essential in this role.
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Hospitality and Tourism or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in the luxury hotel sector and at least 4 years in a similar position. Proficiency in the Opera system is essential, and advanced conversational English is mandatory. A third language is desirable but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
