Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Creative Directors and Design Teams to conceptualize and create high-impact visual content for campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
* Utilize software such as After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro to develop dynamic, visually compelling content.
* Assist in planning and executing the creative vision for video and motion projects, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
* Create and animate graphics, transitions, and other visual elements to elevate the production quality of video content.
* Maintain a library of digital assets for use in future projects.
* Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project requirements.
* Continuously explore and suggest new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve team efficiency and output.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in motion design or a similar role.
* Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is a must.
* General-level competency in 3D and CGI is a significant plus.
* Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve would be considered an additional asset, but is not required.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
