Ui.ux Designer

**Position**: Full-Time.
- **Location**: Hybrid. (Medellin, Col).
- **Salary**: USD (Negotiable).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops high-level, detailed storyboards, sitemaps, mock-ups, user maps, and prototypes to effectively communicate and articulate complex ideas and reach a shared understanding.
- Create and scale design systems to make a clean and consistent experience using design best practices.
- Building the brand and designing the platforms to maintain it at the top
- Creating product-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- Work hand-in-hand with third-party developers, ensuring seamless alignment with project goals and timelines translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces centered in the user/customer.
- Designing UI elements such as UI Kit (input controls, navigational and informational components) and original graphic pieces (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Participate in agile ceremonies to collaborate, ship, and improve products, working alongside engineering, marketing, management,and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity and problem-solving skills across a variety of projects, including web design.
- Keep updated with design trends and tools, bringing innovative and creative ideas to the table.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS3, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
- Growth mindset with an eagerness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics trends.
- Proactive and able to multitask between different projects.
- Motion Graphics knowledge will be highly appreciated.
- Ideal qualities: Creative, hardworking, collaborative and enthusiastic, a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field.
- English required - B2 or higher.
