Join our dynamic marketing team at HighMinded as a Multimedia Designer We seek a creative and technically skilled professional to produce captivating video and graphic content for social media and various other platforms. If you excel in video editing, graphic design, and animation, and are passionate about creating visually stunning multimedia content, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and animate graphics for web, digital advertising, and print.
- Produce and edit high-quality video content that aligns with our branding and marketing goals.
- Create engaging visual effects for video projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and implement creative visions.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve multimedia content quality and effectiveness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proven ability to create compelling visual and audio-visual content.
- Excellent visual, communication, and organizational skills.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, animation, and video editing.

**Potential Salary Range**: Up to $1,500 a month

Pay: $300,000,000 - $600,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- 2D animation/motion graphics: 5 years (required)
- of multi media design: 5 years (required)
