About the Role

Hogarth, a global content experience company, is seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join their team as a Head of Art. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the visual aspects of various projects and contribute to the company's mission to deliver innovative and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and guide the visual aspects of different projects, ensuring that campaigns and digital projects are visually compelling and fit the brand aesthetic.
  • Create concepts and visual elements that have a positive impact on consumers, working on various aspects of advertising, visual identity, content, social media, and multimedia design.
  • Work closely with the ECD and team to conceptualize, generate ideas, and present visual concepts internally and to clients.
  • Ensure a high standard of visual execution across all media, performing under pressure and delivering high-quality ideas and executions to tight deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects, collaborate with junior teams, and provide feedback and guidance when necessary.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a creative field, with expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video tools is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of advertising, design, and brand activation disciplines, with a good awareness of digital and evolving online, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate across multiple disciplines, and communicate ideas, solutions, and visual language effectively.
  • English skills at a C1 level.
