About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Art Director to join our team at 1000heads. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for developing innovative and impactful campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept and create social media content, including posts, ideas, and campaigns across various platforms
  • Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to generate ideas and present them to clients
  • Determine the best visual representation of concepts while maintaining a cohesive brand look, voice, and identity
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and layouts to bring concepts to life in deck-builds and pitches
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to develop artistic approaches and styles
  • Contribute to creative meetings and share ideas with the team
  • Mentor and guide junior to mid-level creative teams to set them up for success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and social trends to bring new ideas to the table
  • Manage projects, both on and off location, within budget to meet expectations
