About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled GAM Compliance Officer to join our team in Bogota, Colombia.

Job Summary

The GAM Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. This involves performing activities related to User Access Management, including reviewing access requests, conducting segregation of duties checks, and provisioning system access.

Main Responsibilities:
  • User Access Management: Review access requests against the role matrix/library and ensure approvers are correct based on the approval matrix.
  • Perform Segregation of Duties (SOD) checks ensuring access requested does not have conflict with existing access and manual job responsibilities.
  • Provisioning of system access based on the approved access request form (e.g. Bank portals, Ariba, etc.)
  • Review weekly movement report ensuring transfer employee's system access is up-to-date and terminated user's system access is revoked on time.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 0-1 year of work experience in a similar job (accounting, business or IT compliance, or finance fields).
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, precise work delivered, strong customer focus, excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Language: Good command of English language.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
