- Escalating customer service issues requires providing detailed descriptions of resolution/troubleshooting steps taken during standard service delivery processes.
- Effective complaint handling involves addressing customer concerns, capturing information accurately, and facilitating timely follow-up.
- Proven experience in incident resolution and ticket management.
- Expertise in HIS and PACS systems.
- Technical skills in OS (Windows Server 2008-2019).
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (VLAN, load balancer, switches).
