Officepartners360 is seeking an experienced Global Customer Support Expert to join our team. Estimated salary: $12-$15 per hour based on location and experience. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels.

About the Job

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in customer service to provide cutting-edge support to our valuable customers. As a Global Customer Support Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to efficiently resolve customer queries
  • Anticipate and address customer concerns proactively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements

To succeed as a Global Customer Support Expert, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience (preferable)
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 or above)
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
