As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in handling incoming communications from account executives and other representatives regarding technical and procedural issues for our supported applications.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Respond to customer requests by applying understanding and knowledge of supported systems and products.
  2. Provide Accurate Information: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and resource materials to provide adequate support and accurate information to customers.
  3. Meet Performance Targets: Responsible for meeting established individual and team performance targets including: service level, resolution, productivity, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Students in the final years, Technologist or Professional in Systems Engineering or related careers.
  2. Technical Skills: Computer hardware and software knowledge including the installation, removal, and troubleshooting of software, printers, scanners, scales, peripheral components, network configurations, and databases - Preferred.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Preferred.
  4. Experience: Minimum of 3 months helpdesk/call center experience.
