About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance and Accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in analyzing SAP solutions for our international customers and presenting the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
  • Work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments to provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases.
  • Conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard.
  • Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in Deploy phase.
  • Support customer to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.
  • Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating SAP S/4HANA.
Requirements

To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open-minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

  • SAP Finance experience in the core finance and controlling modules and/or other SAP Finance areas such as Treasury, Real Estate, Consolidation, etc.
  • Desirable experience in conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
  • ABAP optimization and S/4HANA experience is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years of SAP Finance and/or other SAP Finance product experience is mandatory.
Education, Skills and Competencies
  • The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science or engineering.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.
Language Skills

Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory). English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory). Portuguese – desirable, not mandatory.
