About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SMB Sales Executive to join our team at Platzi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales channels, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize inbound sales channels to ensure timely and effective follow-up with all leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Maintain a high standard of operational efficiency by ensuring all activities are accurately recorded and tracked within our CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handoff from lead generation to customer onboarding.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on the quality of inbound leads and suggestions for improvement.
  • Demonstrate exceptional closing skills, ensuring that potential customers are successfully converted into satisfied clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS, telcos, insurance, or training industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through inbound channels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and conditions.
