We are seeking an experienced JavaScript Developer to join our team in Bogotá/Medellín. As a member of our cloud ERP team, you will play a critical role in enhancing critical business processes by scripting, designing, and implementing robust solutions for our clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process optimization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design solutions to enhance NetSuite ERP functionality.
  • Build and customize NetSuite to support critical business processes aligned with company goals.
  • Develop scripts and workflows to ensure top-tier, scalable solutions.
  • Document detailed test results, flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, and code comments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for NetSuite process optimization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with NetSuite ERP, focusing on customization and integration.
  • Advanced programming skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, SuiteScript, Java, and SQL.
  • API development and integration expertise, using tools like Celigo and Boomi.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with JavaScript, including knowledge of system architecture and web frameworks.
  • Familiarity with techniques to improve system performance and scalability.
  • Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Proficiency in using IDEs, source control systems like Git, and project management tools like Jira.
  • Strong understanding of system design, web frameworks, and object-oriented programming.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
