Lead a Global Marketing Team at Baja Nearshore

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team at Baja Nearshore. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Job Description

As our Marketing Director, you will lead a global marketing team and be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
  • Creating and implementing brand strategies to increase awareness and engagement
  • Managing budgets and tracking ROI to ensure maximum return on investment
  • Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the insurance industry
  • A proven track record of growing leads pipelines and driving business growth
  • Experience leading remote teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
