Data Administrator Job Overview

BruntWork is seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to maintain and enhance the quality of our CRM data. This role involves following structured briefs to build and clean data sets, ensuring our CRM is precise, organized, and tailored for strategic use. You will focus on data accuracy, optimization, and usability to facilitate key insights. Proficiency in Python programming would be a valuable asset, allowing for efficient data processing and automation. Your work will directly support our operational goals by creating clean, actionable data sets that enable effective decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Compile, structure, and refine data within the CRM following detailed briefs
  • Review, clean, and maintain CRM data to ensure high accuracy and relevance
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors
  • Organize and format data to optimize usability and accessibility
  • Leverage Python (if applicable) to automate data processing tasks and improve data integrity
  • Track and report data quality metrics, providing regular updates on data integrity
  • Support cross-departmental data needs and ensure smooth CRM operations


Requirements
  • Proven experience in data administration or CRM management, with a strong analytical focus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized approach to data management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data handling; experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex data sets
  • Python programming knowledge preferred for automation and efficiency gains
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, following structured guidelines to achieve high data quality standards
