Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our team at SupportYourApp Inc. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Provide top-notch customer support via chats and emails, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cutting-edge technology and continuously develop skills to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and consistently exceed team KPIs.

**Requirements:**

  • Native fluency in German and English (B2 level).
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills to effectively resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Background in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Knowledge of crypto or stock exchange markets.
