**Position Title**: HelpDesk Support (Level 2)
**Location**:Medellin, Colombia (Hybrid position)
- Currently, we are seeking a HelpDesk Support (Level 2) with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
**What you will be doing**:
- Provide Level 2 technical support to customers, resolving complex issues.
- Utilize SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate databases to identify and fix issues.
- Write, test, and implement database fixes using SQL.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
- Document support cases, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in Level 2 customer support or a similar technical support role.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation.
- Experience in writing and implementing database fixes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
