Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a full-time Customer Support and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills and experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify. Primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, updating orders, performing administrative tasks, and scheduling meetings for the co-founders. Additional duties may include creating and maintaining internal systems, processing refunds, reships, and subscription changes, as well as providing data insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be highly organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. A strong understanding of customer service principles, combined with excellent written communication skills, is essential. Experience with Slack, Shopify, and Gsuite is also required, with a bonus for proficiency in Gorgias, Recharge, Klaviyo, and Rebuy. Self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
