Company Overview: Bruntwork is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through its platform. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Description: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of the company, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support across various channels. You will also be responsible for updating orders, performing administrative tasks, and scheduling meetings for the co-founders.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails, DMs, and texts with warmth and care.
- Process refunds, reships, and subscription changes across Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and Klaviyo.
- Log customer feedback in spreadsheets and surface insights to improve the customer experience.
- Create and maintain internal systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle admin tasks for the co-founders, including scheduling meetings and data entry.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for customer service and making people's day better.
- Hyper-organization skills, with a focus on creating efficient systems.
- Proficiency in Slack, Shopify, and GSuite (bonus points for Gorgias, Recharge, Klaviyo, and Rebuy).
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the company's tone.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring no task falls through the cracks.
