Job Title: Reconciliation Specialist

Position Summary: As a key member of the Solvo Global Careers team, the Reconciliation Specialist will assist the Operations Support Supervisor with operational functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and work facility reconciliation files, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Establish and maintain effective communication with facilities to resolve reconciliation file issues.
  3. Perform troubleshooting and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement solutions to resolve file issues and enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with facility systems, including CPSI, EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, NextGen, Paragon, Allscripts, and Expanse, to ensure smooth data exchange.
  6. Utilize advanced software skills, including Excel, Word, Latitude, Exchange, and SFTP/File Zilla, to support reconciliation processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong spelling and grammar skills.
  3. Proficiency in computer applications and software.
  4. Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  5. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude, embodying the Solvo Global Careers values.
  6. Ability to accurately work with and calculate numbers, ensuring data integrity.
Required Education and Experience:
  1. High School Diploma or GED; Secondary education is preferred.
  2. Minimum one year experience in a professional office setting, preferably in a financial or operational role.
