About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as the Hr Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for executing HR processes and systems, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment partner management, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
\The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience as an HR practitioner, with expertise in HR Generalist roles or Supervisor positions. You will also need to possess strong communication skills, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
\Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and arranging new hire orientation schedules\
- Conducting onboarding sessions and monitoring post-orientation documents\
- Ensuring accurate payroll processing and government compliance\
- Facilitating performance and disciplinary management, including preparing and sending Notice to Explain and Notice of Corrective Action\
- Implementing and facilitating training programs, including Virtual Learning Board (VLB) sessions\
- Taking part in recommending and implementing employee activities, such as events and welcome packs\
- Coordinating with external recruitment agencies to source candidates for new hires and replacement roles\
- Reviewing profiles submitted by recruitment agencies and managing the recruitment pipeline\
- Providing daily, weekly, monthly, and other periodic reports relating to employee/staff status\
- Benefits: Compensation: Up to $2000 USD, depending on skills and experience
