About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to support our growing Talent Acquisition team in Colombia. This role will help in ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment operations, allowing our Talent Acquisition Partners to focus on strategic hiring initiatives. You will be responsible for handling key operational tasks, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and maintaining the integrity of our hiring processes. Location: Medellín, Colombia (Remote, with in-person presence as needed).

What You'll Do

Recruitment Operations

  • Format and standardize resumes and offers to align with our company's templates and guidelines.
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the documentation and tracking of candidate progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.
  • Update recruitment reports and dashboards to track key hiring metrics.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status.
  • Send interview confirmations and follow-up messages to maintain a seamless hiring experience.
  • Gather and share interview feedback with candidates.
  • Expand and maintain talent pools and ensure candidate pipelines are updated.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Slack, Teams, and Zoom.
