Director of Business Operations

At SCRAM of California, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Services to oversee our General Management and Program Management functions across all locations. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at all SCRAM of CA | NV | AZ | HI | ID locations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Lead the development and execution of client programs and services.
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals are met.
- Evaluate client feedback and adjust programs to enhance client satisfaction.
- Foster a client-centric culture across all locations.
- Ensure all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Identify and address training and development needs for staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of successful program management and operational leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to various locations, 30-40% travel required.

Compensation range starting at $100,000-$140,000.
