At SCRAM of California, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Services to oversee our General Management and Program Management functions across all locations. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations at all SCRAM of CA | NV | AZ | HI | ID locations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the development and execution of client programs and services.
  • Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals are met.
  • Evaluate client feedback and adjust programs to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Foster a client-centric culture across all locations.
  • Ensure all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Identify and address training and development needs for staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of successful program management and operational leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to various locations, 30-40% travel required.

Compensation range starting at $100,000-$140,000.
