About the Role

Coupa is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Services organization, you will work closely with our customers globally to increase adoption, maximize value, and drive best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and champion standard processes within your areas of expertise
  • Manage customer engagement using strong project management practices
  • Take ownership of customer success by ensuring accurate adoption of the Coupa platform
  • Engage customers in strategic business discussions and drive them toward their goals
  • Partner with customers to solve business challenges and improve adoption of the Coupa Platform
  • Provide a strong technical understanding of our product and its capabilities
Requirements
  • Consulting experience with multiple projects and customers
  • Technical capacity to dive into product configuration and help customers understand its capabilities
  • Proven experience in Procurement, Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, Sourcing, and Category Management
  • Experience with Software as a Service is a must
  • Good background in customer/client management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
