We are seeking a seasoned AI Solution Advisor Expert to join our team in Latin America.

The Business AI Strategy Advisor Expert acts as a key member of the Global AI Incubation Team, driving customer-facing activities that build the Business AI pipeline and adoption globally. Key responsibilities include collaborating with regional teams to design and execute strategic AI programs, reinforcing GTM planning as a commercial & solutions coach to sales teams, and undergirding the success of AI adoption initiatives for SAP's Business AI portfolio across lines of business and industries.

Your work will directly contribute to SAP's fastest-growing business area: Business AI. You'll engage with customers and partners, focusing on pipeline, bookings, and adoption targets. This role represents SAP's AI initiatives for the Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic customer engagements through effective value executive first discoveries, storytelling, and streamlined sales process execution.
  • Coordinate with sales, advisory, and services teams to address AI-related customer demands and inquiries.
  • Support AI discovery workshops by helping set up programs, conducting, and facilitating workshops with follow-up.
  • Develop new methodologies and training programs around Business AI customer & partner engagement processes.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in customer engagements or similar roles in cutting-edge technologies, including AI.
  • Proven track record designing and coaching sales organizations towards measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience engaging with customers and partners to drive AI & cloud software adoption.
  • Familiarity with the SAP Business AI portfolio and strategy is a plus.
  • Strong ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in customer-facing situations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A 'working backwards' mindset with a focus on quantitative customer outcomes.
  • Adaptability to operate in a dynamic AI market environment.
  • Strong ability to craft a network of influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven familiarity with fast-paced GTM motions.
  • Displays a high degree of initiative and proactive problem-solving.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
