Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at MB Floor Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support, managing inquiries and communications with promptness and professionalism.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
  • Create and manage sales and marketing materials to support sales strategies and company branding.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships.
  • Innovative thinker, with a flair for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
Compensation

Our compensation package includes a guaranteed salary of COP 3,000,000 for the first month, with a potential increase to COP 2,000,000 based on sales performance. Additionally, you will earn a commission rate of 5% on new client acquisitions and 3% on recurrent clients.
