Global Procurement Specialist for High-Growth Markets

Are you a skilled procurement professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Procurement Specialist to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for leading the procurement process in seven countries, ensuring alignment with internal users, market analysis, negotiations, document management of contract closure, and contract updates.

About the Role
  • Lead the team in charge of minor negotiations, managed operational and administrative activities (PO generation and supplier invoicing).
  • Ensure compliance with area policies and procedures.
  • High-impact negotiations.
  • Follow up on minor negotiations.
  • Finding savings.
  • Improving services.
  • Ensure response to audits and internal controls.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Professional experience in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience in procurement (Negotiation, generation of purchase orders, market analysis, and commercial offers)
  • Excel (Intermediate)
  • English (High)
  • High negotiation skills with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Assertive communication
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software for procurement, inventory, and vendor management.
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with electronic procurement systems for automating and streamlining the procurement process

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition, we provide a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development opportunities.
