About the Role
As an IT Procurement Manager at INTL FCStone, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the entire contract lifecycle for selected IT categories. This involves managing contract negotiations, building strong relationships with key suppliers, developing negotiation strategies to achieve optimal value for the company, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to contract execution and renewal.
- Develop negotiation strategies to achieve the best value for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Lead negotiations for IT contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including TPRM and legal to ensure alignment and support for procurement activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, managing IT contract categories.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment with a high sense of urgency.
