Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

This Role is responsible for the development and execution of short and medium term MSO categories sourcing strategies to deliver business performance through the management of relevant resources and network using procurement processes and best practices. Also, ensure the best performance team, good leadership and relationship.

Indirects MSO manager is responsible for the lead and execution of Indirects Procurement AOP Plan for ANDINOS and will be the link between the GP category teams and the business for the correct execution of the plan & ensure the supply of goods and services.

Your Impact:

As Indirects Procurement Manager your responsibilities would consist of:

1. First point of contact for Indirects Procurement for the ANDEAN Business
2. Guarantee sourcing solutions (goods and services availability and most competitive alternative) for the Business
3. Accountable for enabling the delivering of ANDEAN AOP procurement Plan and supporting to execute Global/Regional strategies
4. Implement Risk Management tools and business continuity plans
5. Develop and create strategies for local defined categories
6. Enable all Global and Sector category strategies
7. Interaction with Sr stakeholders across all markets functions
8. Responsible for compliance of all policies and Procure to Pay initiatives.
9. KPI and Supplier evaluation development
10. Assure integration and compliance of Treasury policies/procedures – consultation and execute changes
11. Build a strong team with a clear focus on the internal clients (Ops; Mktg; Supply Chain, Commercial, HR) – consultation
12. Work with Procurement Sector and Market Teams to build standard "umbrella" agreements/contracts along with the Legal and finance teams.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

1. More than 6 years in procurement and leadership team
2. Bachelor's degree in administration, Engineering, Economy or related.
3. Leadership and management of results-oriented teams
4. Proficient English C1
5. SAP
6. Good negotiation skills with high degree of integrity
7. Experience managing across all indirect categories
8. People management experience
9. Strong conceptual, analytical, project management, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
10. Demonstrated track record of success in a breadth of prior, challenging experiences, including leading broad change management initiatives
11. Expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling
12. Leadership: eager to embrace and lead change.
13. Highly collaborative: works well with others, including Global Procurement sector and country-level personnel, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills: comfortable and effective communicating (verbal and written) with all stakeholders, displays a positive attitude in the workplace
15. Focused on results: perseverant and resilient in the pursuit of objectives, willing to take on new challenges, works to resolve tough issues.
16. Analytical: ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and find actionable solutions
