Business Analyst for Procurement Solutions

As a highly skilled Business Analyst for Procurement Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clients by analyzing and optimizing their procurement processes. This exciting opportunity is part of our SAP Adoption Services Center, where we provide expert support to our global customers.

In this role, you will work closely with IT managers and executives to analyze end-to-end procurement processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Procurement and SAP Ariba will be invaluable in delivering high-end support to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptual and Architectural Guidance: Provide guidance on digital transformation initiatives in intelligent spend management and supply chain areas.
  • Business Process Analysis: Assess business process maturity and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement using SAP S/4HANA Procurement, SAP Ariba, and other solution capabilities.
  • Solution Design: Develop solutions roadmaps and phased implementation approaches to achieve strategic business objectives within procurement solutions.
  • System Configuration: Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs.
  • Expert Advice: Apply expert advice and guidance to plan and design intelligent enterprise target architectures and roadmaps.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 4-8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Business Network.
  • Strong end-to-end business process know-how with product knowledge in S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay/Source-to-Pay, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass.
  • Experience interacting with C-Level sponsors.
  • Experience in business process analysis and reengineering.
  • Experience driving projects in complex and international environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional functional/technical knowledge in areas such as central procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contract management, buying, supplier lifecycle management, etc.
  • Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA MM with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) from Open Text.
  • Experience in System Conversion Transition Scenario from SAP ECC to S/4HANA including CVI and Business Partner Approach.
  • Experience in technical areas in one ERP LoB process and with new technologies such as Cloud Solutions, Business Technology Platform, IoT, Machine Learning, big data, and blockchain.

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
  • Well-developed customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, ability to design, prepare, and deliver high-impact presentations.
  • Self-confident, communicative, and diplomatic character; strategic and analytical thinking; coordination and decision-making ability.
  • Team player, proactive networking attributes, results-focused, willing to learn.

Language Skills:

  • English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written.
  • Spanish - Mandatory.
  • Portuguese - Optional.
