Job Title: Visual Designer

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer with a strong focus on digital marketing design, complemented by experience in print production and physical signage creation. The ideal candidate will develop visually engaging content for dental brands, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, print brochures, and office signage.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create materials that align with brand and marketing goals. Experience in the dental industry is a huge plus, as you will be designing patient-facing materials and clinic branding that reflect the unique needs of dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling digital ads, social media content, email templates, and print materials like brochures and signage.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Handle design for both digital platforms and physical print production, ensuring quality across formats.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including marketers, copywriters, and developers, to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a visual or graphic designer with a portfolio of digital and print work.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and Canva.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of print production processes, digital marketing, and design for large-format signage.
  • Preferred: Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and basic HTML/CSS for collaborating with web developers is an advantage.
